Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint is denied.

The plaintiff allegedly slipped and fell when he stepped on a piece of "green stuff" in the produce aisle of the defendant's supermarket. The defendant moved for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. The Supreme Court granted the motion, in effect, determining that the defendant made a prima facie showing of its entitlement...
