CIPARICK, J.

In this appeal, we consider whether "a determinate sentence of imprisonment actually imposed" (former CPL 530.13 [4]) includes the mandatory period of postrelease supervision (PRS) for purposes of calculating the duration of an order of protection issued at sentencing. We hold that it does.
