On February 6, 2009, the respondent was found guilty in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, upon a jury verdict, of: (1) conspiracy to commit bank fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud (count 1), (2) bank fraud (counts 5 to 7, 10, 13, and 14), and (3) wire fraud (counts 8, 9, 17 to 21, 23, and 25 to 27), a total of 18 felony counts, in violation...
