Petitioner (hereinafter the mother) and respondent (hereinafter the father) were divorced in 2009 and have two children from the marriage (born in 2001 and 2003). The parties' 2007 separation agreement, which, among other things, required the father to pay 96% of all child-care expenses, was incorporated but not merged into their 2009 judgment of divorce. Shortly thereafter, the mother sent the father a letter offer which proposed a reduction of the father...
