While serving a sentence of five years of probation, defendant was charged in a 1998 indictment with sexual abuse in the second degree, rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. In 1999, he was charged in an indictment with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, attempted sodomy in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree and sexual abuse in the first degree. Thereafter, defendant's probation was revoked and he was resentenced...
