Defendant established its entitlement to judgment as a matter of law, in this action for personal injuries allegedly sustained when plaintiff slipped and fell on a sheet of ice on the sidewalk outside defendant's building. At the time of the fall, it was "cold with very light flurries," and plaintiff alleges that the sheet of ice "was under the flurried snow."
