Plaintiffs, a coalition of individuals and community organizations, move for an injunction under the Federal Fair Housing Act, alleging discrimination by defendants Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the City of New York and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, in the rezoning and development of the Brooklyn area known as the Broadway Triangle.
