OPINION OF THE COURT

MEMORANDUM.

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

Defendant was charged with, among other things, violating Huntington Town Code § 87-25 (A) in that, on June 9, 2008, he had failed to obtain a certificate of occupancy for a two-story detached garage. Following a Mapp hearing and a nonjury trial, defendant was convicted of this offense.
