This matter is before the Court for decision on the motion filed by Third-Party Defendants Norm Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System ("North Shore"), Glen Cove Hospital ("Hospital"), and Luigi M. Capobianco ("Capobianco") (collectively "TPDs") on June 30, 2011 and submitted on November 2, 2011. Mowing oral argument before the Court. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the motion.
