THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. ROY BODDEN, Appellant.

Decided October 13, 2011.


Defendant did not preserve his claim that his weapon convictions were based on legally insufficient evidence, and we decline to review it in the interest of justice. As an alternative holding, we also reject it on the merits. We also reject defendant's claim that these convictions were against the weight of the evidence (see People v Danielson, 9 N.Y.3d 342, 348-349 [2007]). There is no basis for disturbing the jury's credibility...
