On January 4, 2010, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Gorenstein, J.), the respondent pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, a felony in violation of 18 USC §§ 1343 and 1344, and five counts of wire fraud, a felony in violation of 18 USC § 1343.
