The Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts (hereinafter Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition and a supplemental petition. Following a preliminary hearing and a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all three charges of professional misconduct.
