In this personal injury action, defendant/third-party-defendant/second third-party plaintiff JCB Madison, Inc., ("JCB") moves for summary judgment pursuant to CPLR 3212 dismissing the complaint filed against it by plaintiff Jacqueline Monahan ("Monahan")(motion seq. no. 003). Defendants/third-party plaintiffs T.I.R.N. Realty Corp. and George A. Bowman, Inc. ("TIRN" and "Bowman") move for the same relief (motion seq. no. 004).
