Plaintiff seeks temporary custody of the parties' children, ages 20 and 17½, temporary child support, temporary spousal maintenance, exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence in Stony Point, New York, directing defendant (hereinafter husband) to pay all carrying charges on said residence as well...
