The defendant stands convicted by plea to the crime of driving while intoxicated in violation of section 1192 (3) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. At the time of the plea, the defendant was advised that he was subject to the ignition interlock provisions of law made applicable to all convictions for section 1192 (3) violations after November 19, 2009 and sentences imposed after August 15, 2010.
