Plaintiff testified that she was injured on July 8, 2005, when, exiting a store owned by defendant, she was struck on the left temple by a metal box affixed to the outer door. Plaintiff stated that as she proceeded to the exit she went through a set of doors into a vestibule. As she was about to go through the outer set of doors, the man in front of her let go of the door.
