MEMORANDUM.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant Jazzmone Brown was convicted, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree and other crimes, for the shooting of Salomon DeJesus, in Buffalo in 2002.

Defendant's principal argument on appeal is that his trial counsel's failure to object to certain remarks made by the prosecutor in summation constituted ineffective assistance of counsel...
