Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, (1) by deleting the provision thereof awarding the plaintiff damages for past lost earnings in the sum of $3,182, and (2) by deleting the provision thereof awarding the plaintiff damages for past medical expenses in the sum of $3,530, and substituting therefor a provision awarding the plaintiff damages for past medical expenses in the sum of $530; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff...
