It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by reducing the award of damages for those items identified as construction change directive (CCD) No. 1 to $4,800, CCD No. 2 to $86,000, CCD No. 3 to $43,305 and CCD No. 4 to $55,758, providing that statutory interest on the reduced awards shall run from September 7, 2007 for CCD Nos.1, No. 2, and 4, and from November 16, 2007 for CCD No. 3, and as modified the judgment is affirmed...
