Following an incident involving a four-year-old child, respondent was charged in a juvenile delinquency petition with conduct which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the crime of endangering the welfare of a child. The juvenile delinquency proceeding was converted to a person in need of supervision (hereinafter PINS) proceeding and, upon respondent's admission to the conduct serving as the basis of the juvenile delinquency
