Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District (hereinafter the Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition dated August 18, 2009, containing eight charges of professional misconduct. After a hearing on May 28, 2010, which was continued on June 11, 2010, the Special Referee sustained all eight charges.
