The defendant was convicted, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree (four counts), assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts). In 2004 he was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment, including a determinate term of imprisonment of 10 years on the count of criminal possession of a weapon...
