Plaintiff owned an office building in the City of Oneonta, Otsego County and leased a portion of the building to defendant Francis J. Angelino, D.D.S., P.C. (hereinafter the corporation). Defendants Bruce Aaronson and Amy Thompson were members of the corporation, but were not parties to the lease in their individual capacities.
