Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting her upon a jury verdict of manslaughter in the first degree (Penal Law § 125.20 [1]). Contrary to the contention of defendant, County Court properly weighed the probative value of the evidence of her prior bad acts against any prejudice to her (see generally People v Ventimiglia, 52 N.Y.2d 350
