King (plaintiff) and her husband commenced this action seeking damages for injuries plaintiff allegedly sustained when she slipped and fell on an accumulation of water that had formed a puddle on the floor of defendant's store. We conclude that Supreme Court erred in granting defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint to the extent that the complaint alleges that defendant had constructive notice of the allegedly dangerous condition...
