Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of two sons, born in 1992 and 1998. Upon the parties' stipulation, Family Court entered an order in March 2009 that granted sole physical and legal custody of the children to the father, with the mother to enjoy specified visitation at her home in Nebraska.
