Defendants Utrecht-America Finance Co. (UAFC) and Cooperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank, B.A., Rabobank Nederland (Rabobank) (collectively defendants) move for partial summary judgment establishing the measure of damages for which they may be liable. Plaintiff Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB or plaintiff) opposes.
