Petitioner commenced this CPLR article 78 proceeding challenging one tier II and four tier III prison disciplinary determinations. Initially, we note that the Attorney General has advised this Court that the September 3, 2008 disciplinary determination has been administratively reversed and expunged from petitioner's institutional record. Accordingly, petitioner has received all the relief to which he is entitled and that part of the petition is dismissed...
