Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, after a jury trial, of course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree (Penal Law § 130.80 [1] [a]) and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child (§ 260.10 [1]). Defendant failed to preserve for our review his contention that the verdict is repugnant insofar as the jury found him guilty of course...
