It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by granting those parts of defendant's post-trial motion to set aside the verdict in part and setting aside the award of damages for past lost wages and benefits and past medical expenses and by providing that interest on the total amount of damages at the rate of 9% per annum shall commence July 13, 2009 and as modified the judgment is affirmed without costs, and the matter is remitted...
