On September 12, 1958, he purportedly executed a document that petitioners, his daughters, seek to probate as his will. Anafred died in 1981, and in 1988, the decedent married his second wife Elizabeth (the objectant). On June 7, 2006, Seymour died, leaving an estate valued at approximately $28 million.
