While traveling eastbound on State Route 7 in the Town of Hoosick, Rensselaer County at approximately 2:40 A.M. on the morning of April 25, 2003, claimant encountered a "dip" and cracks in the highway, lost control of her vehicle, veered into the westbound lane and collided head-on with a State Police vehicle.
