Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).

The Supreme Court did not deprive the defendant of his constitutional right of confrontation by prohibiting him from cross-examining one of the complainants or eliciting testimony about that complainant's prior sexual conduct. Contrary to the defendant's contention, such evidence was not relevant to support his defense...
