Petitioner, a surgeon, appeared before a Hearing Committee of the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct in 2003 in response to allegations of acts of negligence on more than one occasion in the practice of medicine. A radiologist testified on petitioner's behalf regarding a pacemaker installation in which the radiologist had also been involved. The Hearing Committee rejected the radiologist's testimony, found that petitioner had committed negligence...
