Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District (hereinafter the Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition dated September 12, 2008 containing 24 charges of professional misconduct. After a hearing held on April 28, 2009, the Special Referee sustained all the charges.
