Respondent has admitted the charges detailed in the petition and we have heard him in mitigation. As set forth in the petition, we find that respondent issued a check against insufficient funds from his attorney escrow account in 2008 in violation of former Code of Professional Responsibility DR 1-102 (a) (5) and (7) and DR 9-102 (a) (22 NYCRR 1200.3 [a] [5], [7]; 1200.46 [a]), which resulted in a dishonored check notice pursuant to 22 NYCRR part 1300...
