After defendant was found to be in possession of numerous photographic images of boys with their genitals exposed, he was indicted on 12 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. In full satisfaction thereof, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child and was sentenced to an agreed-upon 10-year period of probation. Defendant now appeals contending, among other things, that his plea was factually insufficient...
