Defendant Revolutionary Trails, Inc., Boy Scouts of America (hereinafter the Boy Scouts) is the owner of approximately 5,500 acres of land in the Town of Long Lake, Hamilton County, which it acquired by deeds from Amandus Watts in July 1963.
