Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the second through eighth and the tenth through thirteenth decretal paragraphs thereof, which dispose of all economic issues between the parties; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements, that branch of the defendant's motion which was, in effect, to vacate his default in appearing at the inquest on economic issues is granted, the order entered May 8, 2008, is modified accordingly...
