Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that because all of the evidence in the case was circumstantial, the Supreme Court should have given a circumstantial evidence charge to the jury. However, since the defendant did not request such a charge, or object to the charge as given, his contention is unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Reyes, 45 A.D.3d 785, 786 [2007])...
