Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the motion of the defendants Medisys Health Network, Inc., Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, David Rosen, Thomas Santucci, Jr., and Richard Pinsker which was to enjoin the plaintiff from commencing further litigation against them without the permission of the court, and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed...
