Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On April 1, 1996, the complainant was working at a beauty salon in Queens when she was raped at gunpoint by a stranger, who also stole money from her and the salon register. A sexual assault kit was prepared at that time utilizing semen recovered from the complainant. In November 2005 the DNA sample from the sexual assault kit was found to match a known DNA sample from the defendant...
