In 2004, Dutchess County Family Court (Sammarco, J.) issued a finding of permanent neglect with respect to respondents' five youngest children. That court dismissed certain sexual abuse allegations. However, respondents were ordered to attend sexual nonoffender training and respondent Gilbert UU. (hereinafter the father) was required to participate in anger management counseling.
