Respondent suffers from physical limitations, cognitive difficulties and memory problems resulting from multiple sclerosis, a seizure disorder, and a brain injury. Before and during the pregnancy, petitioner assisted her with scheduling, transportation and managing her medications through its Adult Protective Services and Public Health Nursing divisions.
