We reject defendant Black's arguments concerning the weight and sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction (see People v Danielson, 9 N.Y.3d 342, 348-349 [2007]). There is no basis for disturbing the jury's determinations concerning identification. A victim made a reliable lineup identification, and her inability to identify Black at trial was satisfactorily explained.
