Per Curiam.

Respondent Marc S. Dreier was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the Second Judicial Department on May 5, 1976, under the name Marc Stuart Dreier.

By order entered December 23, 2008, this Court suspended respondent on an interim basis, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.4 (e) (1) (iii), on the basis of uncontested evidence of serious misconduct (see Matter of Dreier, 59 A.D.3d 37
