Claimant sustained a compensable injury to her neck, back, shoulders and left knee in February 2005. The employer thereafter controverted the claim based upon the results of an independent medical examination in 2007. Ultimately, a Workers' Compensation Law Judge determined that claimant had no further causally related disability.
