As a result of an incident that occurred at a correctional facility infirmary, claimant, a prison inmate, was charged in a misbehavior report with smuggling, possessing unauthorized medication and refusing a direct order. Following a tier II disciplinary hearing, claimant was found guilty of smuggling and possessing unauthorized medication, a penalty of 30 days of confinement and a corresponding loss of privileges was imposed, and claimant apparently...
