In this workplace injury case involving an undocumented political asylum seeker, the parties request pretrial rulings concerning admissibility of certain evidence proffered for trial.

Defendant's in limine motion seeks to exclude evidence concerning plaintiff's projected future lost wages and/or medical expenses based upon the possibility that the Board of Immigration Appeals (hereinafter BIA)
