Defendant was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to a prison term of 25 years to life on January 13, 2003. Approximately 10 months later, in full satisfaction of a 363-count indictment arising out of actions unrelated to his murder conviction, he pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal sale of marihuana in the second degree, two counts of rape in the second degree and one count of attempted rape in the first degree and was sentenced...
